What puzzles me is why a cashed up Asian life sciences fund would want to buy 10% of the Prime company for $5.7 million, when for only a bit more - say, $7-10 million - they could buy 100% of Prime and its product supplier - ie, us.
Our market value is currently only $6.9 million.
What puzzles me is why a cashed up Asian life sciences fund...
