Thank you for the feedback.

A couple of reasons I could put forward are:-

1. They are very confident of progressing further and by doing the SPP now there is better opportunity for participants to recoup some of their past losses - but that is being generous!

2. Another reason would be that they need the cash now to keep paying expenses - including emoluments!

In relation to the confidence that you have relative to the presentations made by various directors/management, they are the same people who have been there for the pat 10* years and their presentation skills are part of the reson that got me and many others to invest in the first place!

There have been plenty of 'deals' and presentations that have occurred over that time (many of them like the wonderful BioInquire) and they have all fallen over.

I certainly hope that this time will be better - BUT until we have runs on the board and the company is traveling with new management I will not risk any more of my very limited capital into NSP!

I wish you and all those that 'contribute' to the SPP the best of luck. If it works then I have the possibility of offsetting some of my losses.
