LadyinRed, Gotta agree, these oppies should be performance based and so far no member of S2R can claim any such accolade. Time to stop hiding behind the skirts of SIR and get off your bums and start justifying your salary and your existence. Then and only then the shareholders will support your granting of oppies . The board of S2R have all the tools available in the form of money tenements etc to succeed . The missing ingredient appears to be effort.
