Defiantely upside there. But they have a ways to go yet NFA. And there is the PDY/CHINA Wildcard. What happens if the chinese buy out PDY ? Will they fast track or defer works ?. This could have a major effect on AGU. I am not trying to burst your bubbles guys/gals, but there is the possibility it could be delayed for years.
