    Most of your facts are incorrect Money.
    The URL deposit is not of sufficent size to warrant the CAPEX for the project, it hasnt raised funding for the project in YEARS and has found very very little in extra resources.It will not go ahead.
    With URL all your going to do lose MONEYMONEYMONEY.
    Be warned.
