60k a Quarter, to Directors, they must thinking about getting a real job, instead of thinking about long term plans for the company.
They can't keep paying underwriters with shares, that need to be sold into any half decent rally. Where would the sp be now if the last underwriter sale was not needed?
Bottom line is PRE Needs a source of income (other than the share market) or put up a for sale sign. Nothing else will stop this puppy from growing into a Dog.
Great Resource/Company in it's death throws, must seem like a bargain to someone.
