Here we are half awwek later and the same overhang hanging in at 39 to 40. Looks like an institution which is a bit slow to think. ie, if the market keeps bumping up against their overhang, if they took it away they would be able to get more for less. Sometimes you can get a better result just sitting on the sidelines for a while. Trickle it dont flood it till there is a big surge.
