Although I would have thought this vote would happen after the fact and not before.
I am only not keen on it as they do not provide reason for it.
However reading the notes it seems it is for that purpose. What is your take?

(d) Purposes for which the securities may be issued
The Company may seek to issue the Equity Securities for the following purposes:
(i) non-cash consideration for the acquisition of new assets and investments. In such circumstances, the Company will provide a valuation of the non-cash consideration as required by Listing Rule 7.1A.3; or
(ii) cash consideration. In such circumstances, the Company may apply the funds raised towards, the review and evaluation of new acquisitions and investments (including expenses associated with such acquisitions and investments) and general working capital.
