Yes the planets aligned against him (Dom). Obviously there was more at play then we will know. With the writting on the wall,I thought halving the Rights issue after BYI went would have offered some sanctuary for any dominance. I did suggest this to Richard Wingrove(CFO) however he was of the view that debt reduction at this point in time would be something the market would appreciate. Anyway its done now. So we have to take PRT at their word and watch as they transform the business. I do take some comfort that David Gordon took a substantial parcel.
