    Sellers, put sell orders in for $625/share. Director will buy 1 share for $625. If you hold 2 million shares, that will put you $1.2 billion wealth on BRW rich list.

    Then FWL can do CR at $500/share (at 20% discount to last sold price of $625).

    It is not manipulation, but free market as other people suggested.

    Sellers... move your sell order prices up.
