The neat thing is that the options are exercisable before June 30 2017, but are escrowed until January 2018. This will mean Armada will be considering whether they want to be on the register for 6 months, and I guess if they feel they can get a better return elsewhere may not exercise, and if they do exercise it gives us a timeline before any big selling, and with Jarwil also escrowing their shares until Jan 2018, the potential is there for someone to pick up a sizeable portion of this company in Jan next year. Certainly something to think about, and for me will be an educational experience no doubt.
