at 8.3 cents it still has 8.2 cents to go lower

will not go up until they announce decent increased sales which at the earliest will be with the announcement of 2016 results around end of february or march 2017.

And by increased sales i mean 20 % not low digit growth. They are operating in an emerging market and one should look /expect large increase sales growth. What growth they have reported over the last few years is growth of a company operating in a mature market
