I suggest you read the Court of Appeals documents as to why AVQ lost the PL for Kolosori. It's quite simple, he pissed off the other landowners by not including them in the first place where they managed to illegally get the tenement changed to registered land which allow AVQ to obtain the PL and SAA, then pissed off KHL after the Court of Appeals and now both have banned together and are pissed off with AVQ.
