The timing of this is nothing short of perfect. The round of redundancies offered to staff two months ago were due to be paid out on the 30th June, so they wont be getting their funds anytime soon (if ever). Its all just too well put together. I really wish they would be held accountable for their actions but I'm positive their well paid lawyers are working behind the scenes ensuring all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed. Just sad that it's the employees who have stuck it out and worked under extreme pressure in an understaffed company producing better than ever production numbers are the real losers here. Out of pocket in an industry that is currently struggling.

Unfortunately KDL management will sleep just fine at night and more than likely do it all over again somewhere else.
