Article deals with the State Governments Mining Rehabilitation Fund having to pick up the estimated $30 million environmental clean up of the Ellendale mine...In addition KDL owes an estimated $10 million to trade creditors along with the in excess of 100 workers entitlements as at June 30th last year ( according to the last Annual Report ). KDL look able to cut this subsidiary adrift and go on their merry way......IMHO they should meet ALL obligations and maybe then restart elsewhere...........
