This deal absolutely stinks and makes a mockery of the due processes that need to be followed when running a company. According to the author of the article Nick Evans, sources say Kimberley Diamonds sold vehicles, plant and equipment in the weeks prior to declaring its operating subsidiary insolvent and calling in Administrators. Sounds a bit like flogging off what you can for cash ( knowing the financial state ) then offering the bones to the Administrators. Strangely KDL did not respond to West Business regarding where the cash ( believed to be at least $100,000 ) went to or which account...........all imho.... and not interested in seeing the big end of town trample on the little guy....how many honest genuine battlers will these ar$eholes take down ?
