Yes, good starting point would be that ANY entity that has the 2 named Directors on its BoD be given no leeway at all. Make it so hard that no one would deal with that entity while these names are involved.... there may well be more names also. Administrators appointed to Ellendale, if it is declared bankrupt who will take the fall ? Some people should NOT be allowed to hold positions..... imho, dyor.
