Morally bankrupt management…extracts from an ABC story say it all….

A West Australian mine producing rare yellow diamonds has gone into voluntary administration, and workers fear they will not receive unpaid wages…. two days ago, about 100 workers were bussed out of the facility at short notice……workers, who asked not to be named, have told the ABC that their month's wages due at the end of June have not been paid….they said their calls to the company have gone unanswered.
Transport contractor Don Dunbar, who bussed employees to the site and to the Curtin air base, said the mine closure was completely unexpected. Mr Dunbar said he was owed a significant amount of money. "[I'm] pretty devastated at the moment, [I'm] owed a substantial amount of money, and of course I've still got to pay all my drivers," he said. He said the timing of the administration was suspicious. "It seems strange that they conveniently finished right on the last day of the financial year ... make it all nice and tidy for the administrator," Mr Dunbar said.
