I actually know what is going on holders are averaging down, or getting out due to the consolidation and issuing of the new shares @ .05, one would be silly to buy above .001, as .002 means at a consolidation of 45 to 1 then .002 means the shares have to open @ .09 just for holders value to remain the same.
The .05 value used for shares to be issued to shareroot holder is around a 45% discount
