Had a chat to old mate Gary Steinepreis this arvo... Looks as though the merger is going along quite well, and we should here some news in a few weeks. He says it takes time due to the fact that Shareroot is a U.S company and something about regulations and paperwork is quite time consuming.
There is another meeting around mid November with a heap of action from then through December.

I asked if we could get anymore clarification on consolidation, at this stage it will still be 45:1. Though once the merger is complete and Shareroot is up and running in the hands of MOO things are looking good IMO. Even though my holding average is 0.7 I have confidence come end of the year I'll see green!
