True I do think MMX will suffer until Feb and it is hard on all the shareholders on both sides.
I would love MMX directors to make CHM an offer they would accept, but after taking it this far I doubt it any offer will come along and I see it going all the way to Feb now. Most legit companies do not really worry too much about fluctuating SP's if they have a sound company with good prospects knowing that eventually the SP will catch up in value, so this is another reason why I dont think MMX will bother to settle this, they will wait and see, afterall the judge may say zero for CHM so I guess MMX are prepared to wait it out as it could cost them nothing or very little. But very frustrating obviously not thinking of us shareholders in this.
