My recollection is that posters disputed Sage owing Winter Gardens. Thats what was claimed by the WA press quoting Sage.
Holding 21.44% in IGS does not constitute ownership of WG.
The facts show that IGS did not purchase WG as the deal did not eventuate.
You may also recall me suggesting that Sage ( one of his coy) may fund the WG venture. I have the Term Sheet with the proposal. Agree KIWI..... Some just do not do their research. I do.
