    Firstly, apologise for what ? Secondly my example was exactly that "an example". Further more my example is dated after your example, hence more recent. To my way of thinking you want the most recent examples of him spruiking a stock, not something dated. Showing were a broker likes a stock that has gone down is pointless, if this was some sort of evidence then you might as well hang them all. The charge from my understanding is that he talks up stocks whilst he is selling them down. Therefore you need dated examples close to the downturn in pricing and show a demonstrated pattern. None of which any of you have done. Furthermore you don't pay for his advice and he is under no obligation to tell you his trading activity.

    Personally I think this is plain rubbish and regardless of his popularity his view point does not influence the market enough to swing pricing. He has also been correct in a large number of examples and these are not spoken about. Jilted shareholders and people with very poor knowledge are looking to blame fund managers when they should be blaming themselves. Perhaps hire a fund manager and leave it to the professionals.
