Hi guys

This is my understanding based on information on hotcopper.

Drill rigs would only start appearing once funding is in place.

Funding was estimated to value the project at $200 million.

The goverment of India has effectively valued the project at this price as well as it has been accepted in the PMG.

Therefore 20 cents a share at todays prices

If funding is in place before a takeover it would not make business sense to sell at a lower price that 20 cents a share?
