Yes stockartist, I've been to Calcutta, now called Kolkata. I spent a week in Calcutta nearly 20 years before India Resources was even listed on the ASX. I can't say that I liked the place at the time, although I'm sure its changed a lot in 25 years. At the time there was lots of poverty, I remember the train station was a seething mass of humanity and trying to buy a train ticket to Delhi was a nightmare. Travelling in a train was even worse, 40 people in a compartment meant for 6.
It would be interesting to see the changes.
