    This company is definitely a takeover target. AGO has a mkt cap well in excess of GIR but has no where as much DSO, but a number of large magnetite projects that will never get off the ground given the new resource tax. For arguments sake, if AGO is properly valued, given the large amount of research around on it (by all the large and mid-tier brokers), then GIR is massively under-valued on all measures. Not accounting for any additional upside.
