Does Veremonte need about 4m more shares to get to 19.9?
I think GLA will be using Veremonte's plantation material (they said they would get plantation from Brazil in their presentation). A symbiotic relationship.
Re the options, perhaps the market is wondering what will happen if/when Veremonte get their quota, and that is a very interesting question. Counting up the shares bought and sold is a useful exercise. Whether Veremonte will be some kind of cornerstone investor or something else, it's good to have them on board.
