    Can someone please explain why the big drop in the SP after what i considered to be very positive news with the Heads of Agreement announcement?

    I was expecting that news to put a rocket under the SP and see it flying into the green today.

    Only thing I can think off is that investors are being scared off by the future capital raising...

    thoughts please!
