their problem has nothing to do with Pericoach's existence or not. If they were concerned with their health then they would already have been doing their kegels. It requires discipline to engage in exercise of any nature and most women simply will not do what is required. The existence of Pericoach will never change the habits of women. Only those who are already committed to such exercises would even consider Pericoach. It is not Pericoach which is the option but regular pelvic floor exercises which is the option - one which most women simply ignore.
