True enough. But these are two separate issues. Issue 1: bludgers and layabouts hurt the average worker. They don't affect the super-rich. Issue 2: the super-rich are getting richer because they will always find a way to cheat the system (e.g. tax havens, rorts, trust funds) and buy influence.
Both are unjust but there is not much that can be done about issue 2. Issue 1 can be addressed however, by clamping down on welfare rorts and cutting benefits for lazy single mothers, dole bludgers, economic migrants and the like. All the giovernment does, be they LNP or ALP, is hand out more family tax benefits and child support, at the expense of the honest tax payer.
