    Strike Resources sells Berau coal to two companies

    Sydney - Monday - August 3: (RWE Australian Business News) -
    Strike Resources Ltd (ASX:SRK) today announced the execution of two
    heads of agreement for the sale of a total of 2.4m tonnes of coal over a
    two-year period from its Berau Coal Project to Taiwanese manufacturer
    Formosa Plastics Group and the China National Building Materials &
    Equipment Import & Export Corporation.
