Becoming very illiquid again which IMO is an exceptional signal for a further re-rating but may only be pushed by fundamental news on a couple of fronts:
* The finalisation of talks with the major Chinese mining and trading group relating to discussions about a proposal for it to acquire a significant stake in the company.
* Possible Singapore listing.
* News on the tender process with respect to the provision of contract mining services, the construction of
infrastructure at the mine and barge port sites and for the road from the mine to the port.
* News on the environmental approvals and conversion
of the mining concession from Exploration to Production/Operation status.
