Not sure but it looks possible. There is a BOM weather station at Georgetown which looks to be about 100km's NE and that shows the weather in the region to be cloudy, from the BOM site this is the last years weather and that shows it has been raining. Also maybe the output is being managed during commissioning? Compared to the Balcadine one to the south this looks to be doing better which I think is a good sign.
