I have an asset producing 85 bopd.. worth approximately AUS$4m....

I have an asset producing 85 bopd.. worth approximately AUS$4m. Then what would my asset be worth if it was producing almost 6x the 85 bopd it is now??
What would i pay extra for the chance to produce almost 6x that amount?... another $4m?
If i did, all i'd need is 2x the production for it to be money well spent...
If shareholders don't get this over the line, i believe it will be a good (possibly great) business opportunity lost.
