from their website they have around $14million in funds which they invest in various resource companies for their clients.
it is set up like a managed fund, where the clients just buy nonspecific "units".
so we have a finance company within a shell company under the guiding hand of another finance company that is turning it into a resource company. plenty of money and connections to pool there.
