There has been some financial risk with OKN because of the level of gearing and falling cash in hand. This would explain the relatively poor SP performance cf SMX which is in a much better financial position. I don't know how the latest figures change this.
OKN and SMX once tracked each other in SP until OKN made a substantial acquisition and increased its gearing.
