Only skim read the Announcement so will have to recheck but my memory is that their is a Bonus Payment of $600ish mil payable November 2009.Fully Franked.
With some 800 mil shares on Issue that calculates at approx 75cents Special Dividend.
I think your 13.75cents may be just the Ordinary Dividend.
