thanks for your comments. Blue Mud Bay will soften the deal for the NTM so I'd expect any cash compo to be 'reasonable' rather than 'bonanza'. Interesting unusual situation however.

one other thing - punters might be thinking that any cash compo will boost the sp and they will make an instant profit .... not necessarily so.


what might happen and it's really the fairest way to go, is that the company might decide on a 'return of capital' to former investors with some calculated cut off date for eligibility. Clearly anyone buying in, say, 2013 would not have been financially affected by the ban. So it could be that current punters hoping for a windfall will only marginally benefit from any small sp effect after the above takes place?
