Had no idea they had gypsum till today - I just love how they keep pulling things out of the hat like this. MEP have an industrial minerals subsidiary (mentioned in BRR pod cast) - didn't know this either.
Obviously I'm not a great DYOR person, but just on what I do know, this market cap really is a joke. MEP has Cu/Au, Fe, Kaolin, gypsum and no doubt other stuff as well, including quite a bit of cash.
