NOTE: someone suggested posting here. please note that the below is simply facts obtained from publicly available sources. Given Bert Mondello is on your board - I'm hoping some WSI shareholders can provide me somethings to research (positive please).
Folks, i'm trying to understand a bit more about this AR1 deal and have spent last night looking at the document and who is behind it all. it looks like Regency Corporate have put this together. i have however noted that Bert Mondello will be joining the board and I'm trying to ascertain the benefit of this because I know a bit about his ZIP co director Keaton Wallace from being a WGL holder and i am well aware of the failures of WGL products but i don't think Mondello is involved in WGL (other than as a shareholder). Mondello was the CEO of Ziptel, a float at 20c now worth 1.8c! He appears to have resigned as CEO and now is popping up on the likes of WSI (another Regency deal) and now AR1. i'm struggling to find how he can assist AR1 considering these latest failures:
- Aussiesim product (losing money per ZIP figures)
- Zipt product (dead and in care and maintenance per ZIP)

can someone point me to some recent successes of Mondello as i don't know much about him other than looking at ZIP share price which obviously isn't good?
