If the announcement was 18 December and Day 1 was the 19th, then today is the 90th day.
so, what you mean is speak to management to get their version of mathematics rather than the one that has been generslly accepted for hundreds of years.
if there is no announcement of a decision before open tomorrow then technically the 90 days has been exceeded their announcement has applied bad maths.
