On 18/12/18 Cynata announced:
"A copy of the CSR has now been provided to Fujifilm in accordance with the terms of the license option between Cynata and Fujifilm. Fujifilm now has 90 days in which to exercise the license option."

If you start the 90 day countdown the following day (Wednesday 19/12/18), that would make today day #90. And since it says "in which", not "after which", FF would have to exercise by today. Of course they could advise Cynata after end of business today and we get the news first thing tomorrow morning
After 2.5 years of waiting, a few more hours won't make a difference. No need to panic.
