Have you got anything that make you think that more than GVHD is at play here?
Also, in terms of upfront fees, you've got to factor in where CYP was and the industry at the time, when the original deal was made with Fuji
Roll forward to now, CYP should be able to make these deals on better terms.
$3M upfront fees just doesn't cut it anymore for CYP
