Evident how, exactly?
If the company were aware that Fuji were declining their option we would have an announcement, just as we would if it was all wrapped up and ready to go. Seems to me neither is evident at all, though given the positive signals Fuji has put out over the past months, I know which way i'm leaning.
I think you'll find it tricky to get back in at $1.40...
