To whom it may concern.

Herewith a link to read which timing we should look for concerning the EIS.

In this case it's also a mining industry and also situated/planned in Gladstone.(but ofcourse a different mineral source !!!)
SO in case we are facing the same difficulties ( what I don't assume ) it can take 2,5 years to final approval.
If everthing goes well and Boulder prepared well ( what I assume looking to their report already ) then the timepad given by the MM is visible.
