"M K said he believed Mon,by the end of the week,would emerge from its trading halt with the revised terms.It is expected that Harmony will accept a $10 million cash payment up front plus another $10 million payment deferred for 3 years.Harmony will end up as a 25% shareholder in MON once the scrip component is fulfilled.Perth-based MON will undertake a $25 million placement to complete the deal.Its shares remained suspended at 29.5 cents."
