Good to get an on site opinion.
So why dont disgruntled workers jump ship,change logos and work for someone else ? Is it because of consolidation in the sector or the FIFO's have had it too good for too long or they arent as skilled as they say they are?
RCR shut down and if there are a couple more contractors squeezed on their margins leading to more jettisoned workers then there will be a few toolies looking to fill the ugly spots.
The traditional power over position is taking a hit everywhere with wage reduction or no increase across all sectors.Transport, accommodation,journalism,building,mining all being hit by the gig economy.
