I've read it thanks. The point is you and others have tried to paint this outcome as some type of massive victory for RTG with no evidence to support the optimism (other than a clear set back for BCL). On the evidence an "indefinite moratorium" simply means delay whoever eventually develops the mine. You sayit's all about BCL, that is true to an extent as there is no indication whatsoever that any other developer, RTG or otherwise, is suddenly going to be welcomed with open arms. RTG at least has other options, BCL does not have that luxury, but then again they do still have a level of incumbency in Bougainville that RTG lacks and I suspect that may still count for something at the end of the day.
