    No! Look at SLA. It is suspended indefinitely and haven't lodge any quarterly info. It is not making money and very low cash as at 2011 ($2.4m, cash burn $1.4m per quarter). How they pay anyone is beyond me. How auditor auditing their book is beyond me.

    I think SLA is suspended for 4 years. You can suspend for 10 years just IMHO.
