    lol, we agree that obtaining the "500 gorillas" is a very important event. However at this point, receiving the US$140m equity prior to 24/3 is also extremely important to the share price.

    MOL need the US$140m to repay the outstanding TCW loan in FULL. I doubt whether the market will respond favourably to the US$38.5m default fee.
